General Terms of Use and Sale
These general terms govern (A) the use of the application “Rimini Pass” (hereinafter referred to as the APP) by the user (User) developed by Vox S.p.A., with registered office at Via Pievaiola no. 21, Perugia, share capital of €200,000 fully paid, tax code and registration number in the Umbria Business Register 02549200547 (VOX), and (B) the provision by VOX to the User of a personal digital card called Rimini Pass, created and managed by VOX at the request of Visit Rimini.
This also includes electronic access tickets (Tickets) to museums, villas, churches, gardens, attractions, etc. (Attractions), any accessory products offered by the Institutions as defined below (Products), and additional services, including local public transportation (Accessory Services), available within the Rimini Pass.
An up-to-date list of entities managing the Attractions, offering the Products, and providing the Accessory Services (Institutions) is available at www.pass.visitrimini.com. The Institutions are professionals under Legislative Decree 206/2005 and are directly and solely responsible to the User for the methods and conditions of access to the Attractions and the provision of any Products and Accessory Services.
A. Terms of Use of the APP
User Registration
The User can download the APP for free via the Apple App Store or Android Play Store. The APP is available for iOS and Android operating systems from the specified versions. The User may also access the APP via the website www.pass.visitrimini.com. To complete registration on the APP, the User must (a) create an account by entering the requested data; (b) read and accept these general terms of use and sale; and (c) read the information on the processing of personal data. In any case, consent to data processing, if required, must be given actively and separately.
By accepting these general terms, the User declares and guarantees that all information provided is true and accurate and agrees to keep it up to date and correct.
Use of the APP
The use of the APP is personal. Therefore, the User agrees not to share their access credentials with third parties. The User agrees to take all necessary precautions to ensure the password remains secure and confidential. The User agrees to change it and immediately notify VOX if they believe a third party is aware of the password or if it may be used without authorization. The User is also responsible for controlling third-party access to the smartphone on which the APP is installed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the User acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for all activities conducted through the APP with their account and password.
The User must not use the APP to cause disruption, damage, or malfunction, nor for fraudulent or illegal purposes or to cause inconvenience or harm. VOX reserves the right to block access to the APP, suspend, or terminate the User’s account if their conduct justifies such measures, particularly in the case of violation of applicable laws or contractual provisions.The User must be of legal age to download the APP. The APP is not intended or suitable for use by children under 12 years old without direct adult supervision, and VOX shall not be liable for any use of the APP in breach of this clause.
Accessing the APP may incur third-party costs, such as charges from the internet service provider, which remain the User’s responsibility.
Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property related to the APP, its functionalities, and/or the information contained therein belongs to VOX or third parties who have granted VOX the related exploitation rights. The User agrees not to modify, distribute, decrypt, perform, copy, reproduce, transfer, transmit, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information, software, trademark, product, or service obtained from or through the APP.
B. Terms of Sale for Rimini Pass and Tickets
Purchase of Rimini Pass
The contract between the User and VOX concerning the Rimini Pass (Contract) is concluded upon the User’s payment of the Rimini Pass price and is subject to these general terms.
Price and Payment Methods
The Rimini Pass price is as indicated on the APP and includes VAT. The price must be paid using one of the payment methods available on the APP.
Validity and Activation of the Rimini Pass
After payment as per Article B.2, the User will see a screen titled “Activate your Rimini Pass,” where they can select the activation date (Activation Date). In any case, activation must occur within 12 (twelve) months from the Contract date. The Rimini Pass is valid for 24 (twentyfour) hours, 3 (three), or 7 (seven) consecutive days from the Activation Date, depending on the pass purchased.
The Contract becomes void (and Tickets can no longer be purchased) if the User does not purchase at least one Ticket within 12 (twelve) months from the Activation Date, without any refund due. The Rimini Pass is personal and non-transferable and is only available in digital format via the APP.
Ticket Purchase and Usage
Through the APP, the User may purchase Tickets and book access to Attractions (if available) at no extra cost beyond the Rimini Pass price. If booking is required before purchasing the Ticket, per the Institution’s policy, such booking activates the Rimini Pass (if not already activated as per Article B.3).
Access to Attractions, Products, and Accessory Services is prohibited without a valid Ticket and must comply with any restrictions (including time limits) indicated via the APP.
A Ticket is deemed purchased when VOX confirms successful operation through the APP. Availability of Tickets on the APP does not constitute a contractual offer.
Tickets are digital only unless otherwise stated in the APP. The User must present the Ticket to the Institution, complying with booking times and any restrictions. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Tickets may not be used beyond the time limits set by the Institution. The User agrees to comply with all rules governing access to Attractions, Products, and Accessory Services.
Discounts and Promotional Codes
VOX S.p.A.'s terms and conditions for discounts and promotional codes apply to all coupons and/or promo codes issued by VOX S.p.A., its partners, and/or affiliates, entitling the User to discounts or deductions from the Rimini Pass price.
VOX S.p.A. reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time. Some codes may require specific conditions to be activated or used. Any discount code may be used only once, for eligible Products, unless otherwise stated.
Codes are valid for a limited period and must be used within the indicated validity period. Expired codes are void and any unused value is forfeited.
Unless stated otherwise, VOX S.p.A. discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or refunds. They cannot be applied to previously purchased passes.
VOX S.p.A. is not required to offer cash, credit, or any equivalent for expired, unused, or inapplicable discount codes. These codes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
Refunds for products purchased with discount codes are subject to VOX S.p.A.’s refund policies. Refunds will not exceed the amount paid (e.g., if a €10 discount is applied to a €60 purchase, the refund will not exceed €50). No new discount code will be issued in case of refunds.
VOX S.p.A. reserves the right to reject orders where a promotional code is deemed invalid.
Ticket Cancellation
Reservations for Attractions, Tickets, and the Tickets themselves are non-cancellable and non-modifiable unless otherwise indicated.
Right of Withdrawal
The User may withdraw from the Contract within one (1) year of purchasing the Rimini Pass, under Article 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, provided the pass has not been activated under Article B.3. In this case, the User is entitled to a refund of the Rimini Pass price.
Withdrawal may be communicated to VOX via the instructions in the APP or by registered letter, PEC (voxtours@pec.voxtours.eu), or email (support@riminipass.com), clearly stating the intent to withdraw. The following form may be used:
"I, [name], hereby withdraw from the contract concluded on [date] with Vox S.p.A., regarding order no. [______] for the Rimini Pass."
Exclusion of Refund for Rimini Pass
The Rimini Pass is non-refundable if one or more Tickets are unused due to changes in services offered by Institutions (e.g., hours, exhibits, access rules). Users are responsible for checking access changes, particularly through the Institutions' websites.
The Rimini Pass is non-refundable if access is denied due to the User's non-compliance with applicable access or usage rules.
Customer Service
VOX provides customer service according to the methods and hours specified.
Legal Warranty; Limitation of Liability
For the Rimini Pass and Tickets, the User benefits from the Legal Warranty of Conformity that VOX must provide under the law. This guarantees that the pass and tickets are free of non-conformities, entitling the User to legal remedies. Non-conformities must be reported within two months of discovery.
VOX is not liable for minor discrepancies between the APP or website descriptions and the actual pass/tickets.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, VOX is only liable for direct and foreseeable damages at the time the Contract was concluded. It is not liable for lost profits, indirect damage, or unforeseeable losses.
VOX is not liable for obligations performed by third parties, particularly the Institutions.
Processing of Personal Data
VOX complies with personal data protection laws.
Personal data (e.g., name, address, phone number, email) is processed for the execution of the Contract and other purposes described in the privacy policy, based on the User's consent or other legal grounds specified therein.
The User has the right to request access to and deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable laws. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Changes to Terms of Sale
VOX reserves the right to modify the APP and these terms at any time to offer new products/services or comply with laws/regulations. The Contract will be governed by the terms in effect at the time it was concluded, unless changes are legally required (in which case they also apply to prior purchases).
If any provision of these terms or the Contract is held invalid, it will not affect the validity of the other provisions.
Applicable Law; Jurisdiction
These terms and the Contract are governed by Italian law. If the User is a resident of the EU, consumer protection laws of their home country will prevail.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Convention, April 11, 1980) is expressly excluded.
Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms or the Contract falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where the User resides.
